Did you pray this prayer?

If you watched this clip, and followed through in praying the prayer you just heard in the past one minute and seven seconds...we really need to talk.
Why? Because what you've just heard from this man will condemn anybody and everybody to hell who believes in what he just said. That, coming from a guy who said "I'm not here to condemn anybody". Actually, without knowing what the gospel is, and presenting a false gospel without the power of God, yes he is.
He starts out by saying the way to "a new beginning" (because he can't say people need to be saved from hell and from sin...no, hell and sin are dirty words) is to "Just say"...
Say something? That sounds like Romans 10:9-10, where "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Did he remember to whom the Apostle Paul wrote all of this about in Romans Chapter 10? Let's look at the first verse.
"Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God FOR ISRAEL is, that they might be saved." - Romans 10:1 So this was written for the people of Israel to follow up on, not Americans today? Oh, okay. So why is he lining up his doctrine to match something that has nothing to do with us? I don't know either.
But he wants everyone to start out saying something for salvation. However, how do you know you said it right? Or in the correct manner? Or with the accurate pitch and volume? What if you can't speak? It's becoming a mess already, and all we've looked at so far is his first two words: "Just say".
But it gets worse. Next, he says "I repent of my sins" as part of his prayer (this is supposedly a so-called prayer, so we'll run with it as that for the moment). So now we're to repent of our sins? Would this be due to Acts 2:38? "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. "? Most likely. Again, Peter, a jew in charge of the Little Flock of Israel after the Lord's ascension to heaven tells Israel to repent and be baptized.
Again, that pattern's to be followed? Why?
But it's not over yet. Next, it's said "Come into my heart". So... we've seen so far that according to this man, Salvation consists of saying something (and you better make sure you say it according to how the bible would have you say it, or else you could be in hell forever!), then, repent of all your sins (with Acts 2:38 being the verse most likely used for the reasoning for that. Repent, by the way means to change your mind. The moment you've changed your mind of all your sins, and are successful in being sinless? Let me know.) and thirdly, ask Jesus to come into your heart.
What a mess.
The video isn't even done yet, however. It's barely halfway done. So far there are three steps to what would be salvation. Let's continue. "Wash me clean, I make you my Lord and Savior". Here we are with step number four. After you speak, change your mind of all your sins and become sinless, ask Jesus to come into your heart, you are to then make him your Lord and Savior. After all, The Lord Jesus Christ couldn't possibly be anything unless YOU make him anything, right?
Wrong. What a mess.
In the end, those FOUR steps is his laundry list of what he believes (apparently) one needs to do in order to be......saved from the penalty of their sins? No. Of course not, we can mention dirty words like sin, or hell. That might condemn somebody.
Instead he says that these four steps would have one be "born again". But nobody has been born again for over 2000 years. Israel was a nation first born when they came out of the Exodus from Egypt (Exodus 4:22). God even calls the nation Israel his first born son. Then they fell into idolatry and numerous sins and sinful ways. When the Lord Jesus shows up on the scene in the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, he tells this firstborn nation that they have to be "born again".
So how is that anybody today? It's not. Would someone please tell this guy that?
And then he actually uses scripture. "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13 That may be a first for him, so I'm almost impressed that he did that, however Satan knows scripture too and uses it for his means all the same. (Matthew 4:6)
He then encourages whoever prayed with him (using the word "pray" loosely) to go home and read the book of John. Why read an Old Testament book such as that one? The Lord Jesus doesn't even die until the end of that book, and as per John 4:22, "Salvation (which this man has nothing to do with anyway) is of the Jews" in the book of John.
The gospel in this dispensation, according to God, given to the Apostle Paul, is " For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" - 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
Trust that Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day according to the scriptures. No Israel, no steps, no repenting, no asking, no talking, no works.
Trust that Jesus Christ did everything necessary for your soul's salvation. Learn to reject deceitful workers such as this man (2 Corinthians 11:13-15) and study the King James Bible rightly divided for yourself (2 Timothy 2:15).
